Carolina Dental Docs has an opportunity available for a front desk associate.

We are seeking a qualified team player with a positive attitude in a close-knit working environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • undertaking administrative tasks
  • verifying and understanding insurance / processing claims / collections
  • scheduling appts
  • completing patient services after treatment with accuracy
  • communicating with patients regarding individual treatment and financial arrangements
  • working outstanding claims and patient accounts

Required qualifications include, but are not limited to :

  • MINIMUM 1 year dental office administrative experience is preferred
  • Eaglesoft experience highly preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • professional attitude and manner
  • competency in prioritizing tasks and following through to completion
  • computer literate
  • ability to support the team to work efficiently
  • ability to multitask daily
  • committed learner

    • Experience

  • 1 year minimum prior dental administrative office experience highly preferred
  • Eagle Soft experience is highly preferred
  • Pay will be discussed with individual applicants based on skill and experience.

    • T & W : 8 : 00-5 : 00
