BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Systems Analyst Specialist Sr for an opportunity in 100% Remote

Job Details :

Job Title : IT Systems Analyst Specialist Sr

Location : Open to candidates in Dublin, OH; Memphis, TN and Remote

Position Type : Contract to Hire

Duration : 11+ months contract and possibility of extension

Pay Rate : $50 / hr. on W2

Primary Purpose

  • Lead business analysis efforts for implementations and large, multi-line projects; review, analyze, and document internal and client user needs; provide mentorship and leadership within the business analysis team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Lead the requirements management efforts for large projects, including new client implementations and large strategic initiatives.
  • Devise and execute a requirements management plan for assigned projects.
  • Take ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and understand stakeholders; initiate and facilitate meetings and discussions as appropriate.
  • Work with project managers, project requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives, and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements.
  • Provide business-related IT knowledge to clients and business representatives during the requirements management process.
  • Produce project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wireframes, and other required documentation using standard templates.
  • Meet deadlines and manage work to timelines.
  • Mentor team members.
  • Additional Functions and Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support the organization's quality program(s).
  • Travel as required.
  • Qualifications

    Education & Licensing :

  • Bachelor's degree required; major in computer science field preferred.
  • Experience :

  • Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Knowledge :

  • Strong knowledge of third-party administration / claims management business and technology.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT :

  • Mental : Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines
  • Physical : Computer keyboarding, travel as required
  • Auditory / Visual : Hearing, vision, and talking
