A company is looking for an Associate Director, Investigations.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the implementation of the Global Compliance Program and enhance processes related to Ethics & Compliance
Lead Third Party Risk Management and compliance initiatives, including assessments and site visits
Conduct investigations into Ethics & Compliance issues and manage the helpline vendor relationship
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or its non-U.S. equivalent
Advanced degree, including MBA, JD, or equivalent
7+ years of experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organization related to compliance programs
Experience in the Healthcare industry (Device, Pharma, or Biotech) is preferable
Fluency in English is required
