Candidate Experience Manager

The Candidate Experience Manager is responsible for leading the interview coordination team and driving an exceptional experience for all candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey. This role manages a team of approximately 20 direct reports, oversees all candidate and hiring manager surveys, and leads the change management initiatives that stem from survey insights to continuously improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting operations, people management, stakeholder engagement, and interview coordination, with a passion for creating high-quality, human-centered candidate experiences at scale.

Compensation : The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. The salary range for this role is $159,000 - $234,300. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
