As a Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol - Afternoon Shift in San Jose, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment within a retail or mall location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. You will interact with a diverse range of people, address inquiries, and assist with access control as needed. Utilizing your keen observational skills, you will monitor for unusual activity and respond promptly to any situations that arise, all while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. Job Schedule : DayTime Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
