Job Summary

Directly responsible for the successful operation of Dining Services, ensuring client / customer satisfaction, efficient cost‑effective management, and continuous improvement of foodservice activities (care, quality improvement, sanitation, infection control).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department.
• Oversee overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Interview, hire, train associates; assign work; appraise performance; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget.
• Utilize company systems for required reports (inventory, cash, production, payroll / time‑keeping, etc.).
• Oversee preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company standards, including HACCP, OSHA guidelines, and portion control.
• Other duties as assigned.
