• Develop Proposals
• Single Proposals, JOC Proposals, RFP / RFQ Responses
• Subcontractor Estimating Relationships
• Solicit & Receive Proposals in a timely matter
• Post Award Subcontractor Notifications
• Assemble Project Estimate
• Manage Bid Packages
• Manage HUB Solicitations
• Complete HUB PAR Documents
• Initial Project Document Setup
• PROCORE Job Setup
• Assemble self-perform takeoffs
• Labor, Material & Equipment – confirm w / PS
• Key Objectives
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strong Computer Skills - primarily Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task with numerous projects
• Ability to interact with team
• Ability to interact w / Owner / Client Rep
