Texas Licensed Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials

Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients

Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

JD from an ABA approved school and licensed to practice in Texas

8+ years of solid litigation experience, with significant civil litigation and trial experience

Experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial

Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and staff
