ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a second-generation State Farm Agent, I grew up in the insurance business, spending many hours in my moms State Farm office in New Mexico. I love to take time to discuss my customers' individual and unique insurance and financial needs. I am committed to community involvement and charity, and love tennis and pickleball.

Join my team as a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member where youll play a key role in driving both customer satisfaction and agency growth. This position blends exceptional customer service with strong sales opportunities - ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships and delivering results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
