Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming support requests regarding software, services, hardware, or networking issues promptly
Manage and track the ticketing system, ensuring all employees are updated on support requests
Document processes and solutions to help scale IT solutions for the company
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent required, or a combination of education and experience
At least 2 years of experience providing IT support to an organization
Knowledge of IT systems
Experience providing technical support and solutions to customers
Ability to think critically about problems and solve them independently
