Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform collecting, reconciliation, research, and correspondence related to accounts

Reconcile complex accounts and submit appeal letters on underpaid claims

Provide excellent customer service to patients and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of experience in healthcare billing and / or collections

1+ years of experience with Medicare or Medicare Managed Care plans

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
