Key Objectives
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights across various departments.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
Perform statistical analysis and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports using BI tools.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven answers.
Support data governance by maintaining data quality standards and documentation.
Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to data analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Experience with statistical software (e.g., Python, R) is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
