Project Manager (seasoned APMs accepted as well) Commercial Construction

Our client, a well-regarded General Contractor in the DC area is seeking a PM to join their team. If youre a proven construction professional eager to work on impactful commercial projects and collaborate with / learn from seasoned industry experts, this role could be a fantastic fit. In this role, youll oversee the life cycle of commercial construction projects, managing all project phases from planning to closeout.

Key Responsibilities :

• Creating schedules, managing budgets, and coordinating project phases to keep everything on track.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project quality and timeliness.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
• Prepare and manage project documents such as submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Track project costs, help implement cost-control strategies, and support documentation for accurate project accounting.
• Communicate with stakeholders to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
