Call Center Representative

This is a

• client-focused, inbound call center role
• no cold calling or sales pressure. You'll provide personalized assistance, resolve issues, and guide clients through digital banking platforms, all while deepening relationships and promoting financial wellness.

• Client Support :
• Handle inbound calls related to accounts, transactions, and digital banking tools
• Engagement :
• Build rapport through meaningful conversations and personalized service
• Problem Solving :
• Understand client needs and resolve issues efficiently
• Product Promotion :
• Educate clients on banking products like accounts, credit cards, loans, and investments
• Digital Expertise :
• Guide clients through digital banking features and tools
• Collaboration :
• Refer clients to internal experts when needed to support their financial goals
• Schedule & Training
• Training :
• Fully remote
• Shifts :
• Monday-Friday between 8 : 00 AM-7 : 00 PM CST (varies : 8-5, 9-6, or 10-7)
• Occasional Saturdays :
• 8 : 00 AM-1 : 00 PM CST (with a weekday off in exchange)

Must be flexible for all schedule options. Shifts are assigned monthly.

• What You Bring
• 2+ years of customer service experience in
• banking or financial services
• Experience with digital banking platforms
• (online / mobile banking)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Client-first mindset and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
