Pediatrix Medical Group is expanding our Neonatology services in Appleton, WI! This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Neonatologist to join our brand new practice. Job Responsibilities :

• Collaboration with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to cover the newborn nursery and deliver family-centered quality healthcare.
• Work as part of a team of 4 Neonatologists to care for a Level 3 NICU and Newborn Nursery at St. Elizabeth.
• Provide 24 / 7 in-house coverage and perform day rounding.
• Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects, sharing best practices with a network of providers across over 400 NICUs.
• All board-certified / eligible Neonatologists, including experienced providers and newly-graduated fellows, are encouraged to apply.
• Note : We are not accepting Locums candidates for this position.
