Massachusetts Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner- MA Licensed.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care, including prescribing and supporting treatment plans

Issue medication prescriptions and order laboratory tests while interpreting results for patients

Engage in patient education and follow-up, referring higher acuity patients as needed

Required Qualifications :

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts

Board Certified

Availability for at least three critical outreach shifts per week

Preferred experience in treating CHF, COPD, Diabetes, and Obesity

Experience with EMR systems and digital technology
