Senior Financial Analyst

I'm partnered exclusively with a Fortune 200 global multi-billion dollar manufacturing company located near Oconomowoc, WI. One of their business units is a leading supplier in their niche and are actively searching to identify a new Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team due to an internal promotion.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will act as a local business partner and work cross-functionally with various departments by providing analysis on each team in order to make key strategic business decisions and deliver profitable growth. Senior Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities :

• Provides financial support to various departments such as the operations and R&D teams, which includes cost trends / improvements, profitability analysis, special projects, and more.
• Manages the inventory analysis and work with customers & suppliers.
• Maintains internal controls to ensure the accuracy of the financials.
• Works closely with the Accounting team and completes month-end journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, analyze variances, and complete bridge schedules and spending analyses.
• Works with cross-functional teams to develop and improve KPIs.
• Assist with Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan financial modeling.
• Creates process improvements to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Other ad hoc analysis request as needed.
