Well-respected facility is seeking a Family NP / PA to join their team in Southern Colorado near Monte Vista.

• BC Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Monday-Friday schedule 8a-5p
• NO Call
• Typically see approx. 18 ppd
• 100% outpatient
• Will see all ages
• Candidates with Primary Care NP / PA outpatient experience preferred but will consider new grads
• 106-130k depending on exp
