LHH recruitment is hiring for a Senior Project Manager in the Boynton Beach, FL area. Our client is searching for a Sr. Project Manager with 1015 years experience in commercial construction project management. This position is a fully in-office opportunity and traveled is required to the local project sites in South Florida.

Responsibilities to include :

• Experience with retail, ground-up commercial, and tenant fit-out projects required.
• Oversee multiple projects (23 small, 12 medium, or 1 large), manage schedules, budgets, and project teams.
• Manage schedules from pre-construction through project completion, develop conceptual budgets, work through the buyout phase with subcontractors and coordinators, and maintain budget control throughout the project.
• Conduct constructability reviews.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project coordinators throughout all project phases.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Procore (required); strong estimating background preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
