A company is looking for a Workday HCM Lead Consultant to provide post-production and AMS case support across multiple customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide expert-level support across Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules
Manage and resolve AMS / post-production tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution
Collaborate with internal and client-side teams to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
Required Qualifications :
Workday Certified in HCM (required); Advanced Compensation and / or Benefits certifications highly preferred
5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience, including configuration and production support
Proven experience supporting multiple customers in a post-production or AMS environment
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple clients
