About the Role

As a key team member reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Performance Marketing Manager, SEM will champion the SEM strategy and oversee its execution from start to finish. This impactful position is fundamental to driving trial volume and maximizing paid subscriptions effectively, optimizing performance across various regions, testing new opportunities, and scaling paid search as a primary acquisition channel.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Take ownership of Google and Microsoft Ads (Search, Performance Max, etc.) to efficiently achieve LTV : CAC targets, including strategy creation, optimization, experimentation, and detailed reporting.
  • Enhance account structure, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page funnels targeting key regions (US, EMEA, APAC, RoW).
  • Conduct A / B and multivariate testing across creative elements, target audiences, and user experiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights to the broader team.
  • Manage media planning and performance forecasting for paid search, including pacing by region and trial impact.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle, product marketing, and design teams to align messaging and create streamlined user journeys from ad engagement to conversion.
  • Constantly investigate and assess new channels, features (like AI-driven bidding), and betas in Google and Microsoft to stay ahead of platform developments.

What We Expect from You :

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on paid search experience, preferably in a B2C or SaaS setting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets of $500K-$1M+ / month effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, with proficiency in GA4 and GTM.
  • Experience optimizing towards essential metrics such as CAC, trial-to-sub conversion, or LTV : CAC.
  • Strong analytical abilities; comfort in using tools like Looker, Mode, Excel, etc., for data analysis.
  • Available to work in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone (the role is fully remote).

    Remote - USA Pay Range : $115,000 - $130,000 USD
