MissionForce - Public Sector Solutions

MissionForce is seeking a talented Senior or Lead Member of Technical Staff to join our Salesforce development team. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud for Federal agencies, the Department of Defense, and government contractors.

You will work with modern Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Flow Builder while ensuring applications meet government security and compliance standards. This is a hands‑on development position where you'll contribute to mission‑critical applications that serve millions of citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads feature development across teams.
• Independently design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Build complex integrations between Salesforce and government systems using REST / SOAP APIs
• Develop solutions that work in air-gapped and offline environments
• Optimize applications for performance within governor limits
• Create reusable components and frameworks for government use cases
