We are seeking a seasoned engineer with 5+ years of experience working across multiple layers of the technology stack (frontend, backend, systems). Ideal candidates will have experience in both fast-growing startups and well-established technology organizations. You should be a true generalist who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and builds iteratively with a high bar for execution. Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data, or AI / ML are a plus, as is a degree from a top-tier computer science program.

What you'll do

• Design and build an intelligence engine end-to-end, spanning data ingestion, model orchestration, feedback loops, APIs, and UI integration
• Own architecture decisions across Python, Go, and TypeScript to ensure scalable, flexible system design
• Collaborate directly with leadership on product direction, technical trade-offs, and long-term engineering strategy
• Establish and champion engineering excellence in an AI-first environment
• Engage with users and customers to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
