Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel customer retention programs to enhance customer experience and prevent churn
Create and execute customer communication strategies to support product migrations and relationship campaigns
Measure campaign effectiveness and establish a customer communications calendar for routine updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in customer marketing
Proven experience in customer communications or customer retention, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and behaviors
Experience with inbound and outbound marketing and advertising
