The title for this position will be determined based on the candidates credentials. Licensed MDs and DOs will hold the title Medical Director Clinical Services & Education, while Advanced Practice Providers (NPs or PAs) will hold the title Director of Clinical Services & Education. The scope of clinical practice and leadership responsibilities will align accordingly with licensure and state regulations.

This position combines direct patient care with strategic oversight of clinical operations, education, and provider development advancing clinical quality and health equity across the organization.

What Youll Do : Provide Direct Care

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in primary medicine, HIV / STI prevention and treatment, PrEP / PEP, gender-affirming care, and sexual / reproductive health.
• Provide direct care to Prismas more complex and higher-acuity patients, ensuring affirming, trauma-informed, and patient-centered treatment.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to maintain quality and continuity across services.
