We're searching for a skilled Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works confidently with advanced machinery, and enjoys turning blueprints into flawless products. Every detail matters, and your craftsmanship will play a direct role in the quality and performance of industry-leading solutions.

What You'll Do

• Interpret detailed blueprints and engineering drawings with precision.
• Operate advanced CNC machinery, including TRUMPF CNC press brakes, punch presses, laser cutters, shears, and hardware insertion equipment.
• Shape, bend, and assemble sheet metal components to exact specifications.
• Verify quality with precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and cosmetic standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Perform basic machine maintenance while keeping your workspace clean and safe.
• Work confidently with hand tools and pneumatic equipment.
