Descripción del trabajoDigital radiology Ultrasound Full in-house lab Anesthesia monitoring Access to boarded orthopedic surgeons & radiologists Potential to treat exotics if desired 5 exam rooms Acupuncture area Dual-dental suite setup Separate surgery room Dedicated imaging room with x-ray & ultrasound Paperless records In-house lab Provide medical leadership and oversee case management Mentor and develop associate DVMs and support staff Establish medical protocols and ensure quality standards Collaborate with the Hospital Manager to drive financial performance, operations, and compliance Drive community engagement and client loyalty Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace Collaboration first : We work together as a cohesive unit, sharing cases and supporting each other Work-life balance : 4×10-hour shifts / week, including only 1–2 Saturdays per month We have fun : Cookouts, holiday parties, picnics, lunches - team bonding matters here

Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian with prior leadership experience! This is your chance to guide a thriving small animal practice while enjoying the resources, stability, and mentorship of a larger veterinary network. It’s the best of both worlds - the autonomy of private practice with the backing of a supportive team.
