As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Newport News, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a caring and innovative team that values agility, reliability, and integrity while supporting the people and operations at the site.

Pay Rate : $16.00 / Hour

Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Thur 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
