Your day to day as a LPN- CHARGE NURSE NIGHTS

As a Part Time LPN - Charge Nurse Nights at Wilber Care Center, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, and maintaining resident health records. You'll coordinate patient care, monitor vital signs, and provide direct support for residents, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and compassionately.

Your schedule will consist of night shifts, allowing you to balance your personal life while still making a significant impact on our residents' well-being. You will typically work from 10 PM to 6 : 30 AM, Sundays, and rotating weeks of Friday / Saturday and Tuesday / Wednesday overnights providing continuity of care and the opportunity to build strong relationships with both staff and residents.
