The Digital Lab and Plant Operations team is one of the verticals within Digital R&D , focused on developing and delivering digital products to allow the R&D organization to run efficiently and reach its strategic goals. Our team plays a critical role equipping the R&D organization to run efficient and modern lab and plant operations that keep pace with science, while fuelling AI-enabled decision making with scientific data.

As the Digital Research Experiment and Assay Product Line Owner (PLO), you will lead the strategy and delivery of digital products that enable Research labs at Sanofi. Your mission is to deliver world-class data capture and scientific workflow that transform how scientists work at the bench and fuel the Sanofi AI and advanced analytics ambition. You will be accountable for the vision, roadmap, and business value delivery of digital products for FAIR data capture, modern lab operations and seamless lab workflow automation. Products in this space include : electronic lab notebooks; all-modality registration; assay, lab material and biosample management systems; scientific workflow and data management systems. Partnering closely with R&D leaders, bench scientists, digital teams, and external partners you will ensure our research lab solutions are science-aligned, user-centered, and scalable.

This Product Line Owner will oversee the delivery of the products from ideation and execution through run and scale, overseeing the development and lifecycle management of portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with R&D business goals and user needs. Collaboration across the organization will be key to delivering a portfolio of high-quality products that drive value for Sanofi .

Main Responsibilities :

Demand Intake & Management :

• Collaborate closely with R&D business stakeholders to develop a clear vision and define operational demand initiatives, ensuring products evolve with R&D business needs and drive high maturity
• Lead the strategic demand ideation of research lab digital products, including sourcing external innovation, coordinating with R&D business and key stakeholders, drive ideation working sessions, and ensure effective product prioritization
• Work with team leadership to develop the long-term strategy and delivery roadmap for the portfolio of products
