Staff Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Infinia IO Path.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize the Infinia I / O path for performance, low latency, and high concurrency

Implement erasure coding algorithms and optimize SPDK integration for efficient data handling

Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to ensure software reliability

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in large-scale systems software development using C / C++

Strong understanding of I / O path optimization and data redundancy techniques

Experience with SPDK or similar user-space storage frameworks

Knowledge of distributed concurrency and fault-tolerant design principles

Familiarity with performance profiling tools and debugging complex systems
