THE OPPORTUNITY

Michelin has an immediate opening in for a Spare Parts Store Manager who will be responsible for managing the inventory of spare parts to ensure availability, optimize inventory costs and high level of customer service level. Michelin's purpose is to support everyone's right to move freely to find their better way forward. T his role applies established standards and protocols in safety, inventory reception and issuance, rotation, reporting, item organization, and aligns with maintenance requirements. WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Optimize spare parts inventory levels to balance cost efficiency with high customer service standards.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts for crucial machines and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain full compliance with local regulations and internal operational practices.
• Guarantee high-quality storage conditions for all parts to preserve integrity and usability.
• Manage group-shared spare parts in alignment with central platform requirements and standards.
• Implement and uphold procedures for managing repairable spare parts effectively and consistently.
