We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Project Administrator to grow with our team.

You'll have the chance to work with a major Aerospace client which is based in the greater Seattle Washington area. This exciting and engaging program will utilize your Project Management focus to help ensure safe and efficient delivery of multiple small to mid-sized capital facilities projects. You'll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with multiple stakeholders in the project owner's organization.

As a Project Administrator, you will work under the guidance of senior managers in reviewing the scope of the project and contract values, and providing project coordination to all craft trades and vendors on site. You will also work on the planning phase of the projects to develop scope details, execution plans, and budgetary estimates. Your skills in managing the site work, and project costs will guide you towards the best outcome for the client and Jacobs. Here's what you'll need :

• 2-5 years of experience working on with office management tools, including information management systems and standard reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and similar
• Highly organized with a strong ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills including selecting the most effective method for the importance and complexity of the message

The base salary range for this position is $70,900.00 to $110,800.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
