IT / Tech Specialist

The IT / Tech Specialist will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our technical infrastructure, developing web applications, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. This position requires strong programming skills, web design expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to optimize both internal systems and client-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and Python

Design and implement responsive, user-friendly websites and internal tools

Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate and track Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide IT support across the organization

Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards

Assist in the implementation and customization of a CRM system (such as Salesforce) to improve client management and workflow efficiency

Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and client experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 2+ years of IT / Tech experience

Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, Python, and other coding languages

Strong knowledge of web design principles and responsive frameworks

Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is highly desirable

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00 / yr.

PTO, Sick pay, dental, health insurance

This is a fully onsite position in Costa Mesa,CA.

This position is anticipated to close on Nov 28, 2025.
