Currently, we provide virtual and in-person mental health services, including comprehensive evaluations, medication- management and therapy, across Pennsylvania and Virginia with plans to expand to new markets in 2025.

Position Summary

Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Centerville, Virginia . You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. Employment Options Available

We offer both full-time employee, part-time and contract positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT & PsyD). Please indicate your employment preference in your application.

1099 Contractor - Hybrid Role

• Commitment : Minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours
• Schedule : After 4pm Monday-Friday and 8am-7pm weekends
• Work Model : Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 1 day a week onsite
• Compensation : $90-$100 per hour

W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours / week)

W-2 Employee - Full-Time (40 hours / week)

Salary Range

$85,000—$95,000 USD
