Billing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing and revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606.

Ensure accurate invoicing in accordance with customer contract terms.

Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and reporting processes.

Assist with collections and monitor customer accounts.

Participate in process improvements and ERP system enhancements.

Collaborate with internal teams and support annual financial audits.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in billing, revenue management, or general ledger accounting.

Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).

Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or Financial Services industries preferred.

Sage Intacct experience is a plus; experience with ERP systems is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
