Salary : $120,000 - $160,000 per year

• Salary is based on experience and can vary greatly. We are using 160k as the base salary.
• Kaiser plan – Company pays for 100% of the premium and employee is responsible for the co-pay. This is for the employee, spouse, and dependents until they turn 26.

• 401K plan that includes a minimum 3% match
• Twice a year bonus. Bonus is dependent on profitability of the company. Company has provided a employee bonus since the inception of the company over 20 years ago.
