Trueline is seeking an HVAC / Plumbing Estimator to join their team in New Britain, CT. This estimator will focus on complex systems for hospitals, laboratories, and university buildings, including high-profile projects like those at Yale University.

What You'll Do as the HVAC / Plumbing Estimator :

• Develop detailed estimates for HVAC and plumbing scopes across hospitals, labs, and academic facilities
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate material and labor takeoffs
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients during the preconstruction process
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing
• Assist in value engineering and project phasing strategies
• Work as part of a close-knit preconstruction team supporting high-volume institutional work
