Weekdays Host

Henry's Diner is searching for a full time host. (830AM TO CLOSE). This position also gets daily tips (1% of the net sales). Seeking a self-starter with multi-tasking skills who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The main function of a host is to facilitate the prompt and accurate seating and service of all guests. Accept payment for food and beverages and able to make correct changes. Be able to meet and greet guests in a friendly manner, making them feel welcome and comfortable in our dining room, and have the ability to prioritize and maintain control with a smile as pressure arises.

Physical Requirements :

• Able to work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
• Ability to stand or walk for lengthy periods of time without sitting.
• Excellent communication skills.
