This role will work with a cross-functional team including HR colleagues and organizational leaders. Akamai's Compensation team is a key HR center of excellence and a strategic partner to the business. From strategy design to program delivery, the team plays a significant role in the employee value proposition.

Partner with the best. As a Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Managing global compensation cycles for their business groups, annual compensation program review, annual salary, and bonus planning.
• Managing the global reward and recognition program.
• Providing advice and counsel to HRBPs and senior staff on pay decisions including policy and guideline interpretation.
• Conducting research, market analysis; providing input on plans and programs; ad hoc analysis and planning.
• Providing thought leadership on compensation and related topics within the global compensation community and with internal clients.
• Designing, developing and implementing programs that enhance Akamai's ability to attract, motivate and retain talent.

Compensation. Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $119,000-247,100 / year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
