We are seeking an infusion nurse (RN) with IVIg experience interested in providing in-home infusions for a local patient.\nInfusion Details : \n

• Medication : Entyvio - Infuse 300 mg intravenously once every 8 weeks\n
• Length of treatment : 1 Hour + Prep Time\n
• Location : Roosevelt, UT 84066\n
• Date of Service : The patient is due 11 / 24 / 25\n
• Access : PIV - HARD STICK\n
• Pump : No Pump; administered via Gravity\nPreferences : \n
• The patient prefers an afternoon start time\n
• The patient prefers a female RN\nResponsibilities of the PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse\n
• Deliver immune globulin infusion therapies directly to the patient in the comfort of their home.\n
• Make a meaningful impact by leveraging your clinical IV expertise and compassionate care to support patients within their environment.\n
• Provide personalized, one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan.\n
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners.\nRequirements of the PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse : \n
• Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice\n
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross)\n
• IVIg experience, preferably in the home\n
• A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance are required, with access to a vehicle for business-related travel\n
