As a Commercial Relationship Manager at Associated Bank, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients. You'll drive revenue growth through lending, deposits, and cross-selling opportunities while providing trusted financial guidance. Key Accountabilities :

• Drive loan and deposit growth by proactively managing client relationships and developing new prospects.
• Partner with internal teams to cross-sell bank products and services, including Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.
• Ensure portfolio administration and risk management comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate credit structures.
• Provide clients with financial insights and guidance based on market trends and banking conditions.
• Present loan proposals and participate in the bank's credit approval process.
• Engage in community and business events to strengthen the bank's presence and referral network.
• Identify client needs and connect them with the appropriate bank partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
