At Greenlink HCM, we're looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to generate and nurture leads, build strong relationships, and guide prospects through the sales cycle. YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

Generate sales opportunities by engaging prospects via cold calls, emails, in-person outreach, relationship development, and inbound leads.

Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and uncovering potential new sales opportunities.

Drive lead generation and appointment setting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to meet or exceed performance targets.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects to ensure consistent sales flow.

Assess prospect needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Represent the company's products and services , leveraging comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how solutions meet customer needs.

Manage the complete sales cycle , including initial meetings, discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

Identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook.

Provide regular performance updates to executive leadership, including forecasts and KPIs.

  • HRIS Software (isolved HCM platform)
  • Zoho One (CRM)
  • Ring Central
  • Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Must have an active referral partner network (e.g., CPAs, brokers, consultants) that can be leveraged upon hire.
  • Prior HCM or Payroll experience preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related CRM software.
  • EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
