Circular Services INC is seeking an experienced, full-time, and hands-on Accounting Manager for our dynamic, fast-growing organization. The Accounting Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for managing all financial-related activities of the Company's businesses. This position will report directly to the VP of Accounting of Corporate and Growth Department and the senior management team.

Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting and Management : Lead financial statement preparation and accuracy. Manage accounting staff to ensure timely, high-quality billing and reporting. Analyze monthly results and provide actionable insights.
• Process Flow : Optimize process flows for billing, accounting, A / R, and A / P. Train staff and implement software solutions to enhance systems. Oversee financial accounting and reporting systems, processes, and automation tools.
• Management : Manage, develop, and mentor personnel in accounting, A / R, A / P, and payroll. Ability to lead and coach the team.
• Cash Flow and Risk Management : Update and monitor the Company's cash flow to ensure it is appropriate for existing operations and future projects.
• Banking : Review the Company's banking operations and monitor covenant compliance.
• Audit and Compliance : Support the Accounting dept. during the annual audit process. Ensure the Company is up to date with regulations and GAAP standards.
