Associate

Our client, a foundation, is seeking an Associate to join their Grant Operations team. They are looking for an individual who can juggle multiple projects while collaborating and adapting in a fast-paced office environment. The hours are 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m. or 9 : 00 a.m.-6 : 00 p.m. with flexibility and minimal overtime. This role is hybrid, with three days in office in Manhattan (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and two days remote (Wednesday and Friday).

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the grantmaking lifecycle from pre-award through closure, ensuring compliance and consistency in process
• Prepare and manage grant agreements, budgets, deliverables, and reporting schedules
• Maintain and update grants database, producing reports and data analyses for leadership and Finance teams
• Review grant budgets, financial reports, and modification requests for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on due diligence, compliance, and audit support
• Provide guidance and day-to-day support on grant operations processes, data, and regulatory requirements
