Job Overview

Are you ready to take on a hands-on role that keeps our operations running smoothly and safely? As a Boiler Operator at Marvin, you'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for maintaining and operating wood-fed and natural gas boilers. You'll troubleshoot mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and contribute to critical infrastructure that powers our facilities.

Highlights of your role

• Monitor and operate boiler systems, perform daily / hourly checks, and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, execute preventative maintenance, and manage boiler chemical additives
• Lead boiler shutdowns, startups, and annual tear-downs, including operating heavy equipment as needed
