New York Program Manager

A company is looking for a Part Time Program Manager to oversee a public health initiative focused on enhancing mental health care access for vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical deployment and coordination of a centralized SMI Resource Center across partner clinics

Manage the delivery of specialized educational content and track engagement for a clinician learning community

Oversee the implementation of the Navigator program, including recruitment and supervision of Navigators / Peer Navigators

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Minimum of three (3) years of program management and evaluation experience (grant-funded experience preferred)

Strong understanding of SMI populations and culturally competent care

Proficiency in data management and utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS)

Demonstrated success in fostering effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
