We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in New York, New York. This is a contract position within the advertising industry, offering an exciting opportunity to oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to maintain an efficient and productive office environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
• Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and available.
• Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support office maintenance and operational needs.
• Organize and maintain office records, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks to promote seamless collaboration.
• Monitor office budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities when possible.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all office activities.• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and financial records.
• Ability to procure and manage office supplies efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling receptionist duties.
• Familiarity with office equipment and administrative tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
