Field Technician

Overview

We are looking for experienced Field Technicians to support a dispatch-based project with Barrister. This flexible role has no fixed schedule — you’ll receive service requests and accept jobs based on your availability.

Responsibilities

PC setup and basic troubleshooting

Printer setup (drivers, toner replacement)

Networking and deskside support

Simple installations (no complex repairs)

Respond to service calls per SLA (same day, next day, scheduled, or weekend emergencies)

Requirements

Experience with PCs, printers, and basic networking

Availability for dispatch-based work
