IT Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT operations teams, providing direction and performance management

Oversee daily operations of infrastructure, systems, applications, and IT service management functions

Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards for operations, security, and compliance

Required Qualifications

First-level and / or advanced university degree preferred

8+ years of experience in a related role, including 2+ years in management

Demonstrated experience in IT operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, applications, and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

Ability to manage multiple priorities, resources, and projects in a dynamic environment
